At The Lavender Fox, we take inspiration from nature and history to bring you a whimsical and elegant experience. Our goal is to educate and guide people through the world of tea and our love of botanicals, spices, and local & specialty seasonal ingredients provides a focal point for our menu. Created by owner, Lola Angus who is a certified tea sommelier and cocktail mixologist, The Lavender Fox is one of the most unique tearooms in the world. Our tea menu features 8 tea companies from around the world that are steeped in history and have unique interpretations of tea. Alongside our over 80 blends of tea we serve house made desserts, cocktails, and savoury plates.

We are deeply committed to environmental sustainability and do our best to work with companies that have made strong commitments to sustainable practices as well as using, where possible, sustainable packaging and reducing waste.

We acknowledge that tea is sourced from vulnerable places that are at risk from climate change. We work with companies that source organic, fair trade, and/or biodynamic tea as well as companies that have strong commitments to workers rights, living wages, education, and co-operative farming.
